On perusal of the materials on record, I do not find any material to interfere with the instant revision at this stage because the petitioner has prayed for quashing of a criminal proceeding on the basis of his defence which requires to prove at the time of trial by adducing evidence.

However, it is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that though the complainant/opposite party filed a complaint case in the year 2020, he is not coming to the Court even in his examination under Section 200 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Attention is drawn to the learned Magistrate to take necessary legal step if the complainant fails to appear on the next date.

In view of the above discussion, the instant revision is summarily dismissed.
