Mr. Subhadeep Chatterjee Mr. Yashraj Roy ....for the petitioner Ms. Sonal Sinha Mr. Amrit lal Chatterjee ....for the State-respondents Petitioner approached this Court for a necessary direction upon the concerned respondent authority to cancel the licence of MR dealership in favour of private respondent No. 4. It is the case of the petitioner that she is the full sister of private respondent No. 4. Erstwhile the dealership business was run through a partnership business of her deceased father and the private respondent No. 4. It is the case of the petitioner that after demise of her father, the authority concerned has illegally transfer the licence in favour of private respondent No. 4 in individual capacity without following the specific provisions of control order.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. He submits that no application was filed by the petitioner before the authority concerned for giving her appointment on compassionate ground. At this juncture, I find no justification or locus of the petitioner to approach this Court by challenging the licence issued in favour of private respondent No. 4. Under the above observation, the instant writ petition is disposed of.

This Court has not gone into the merits of this matter all points are kept open.

As affidavits are not exchanged between the parties, allegations made herein in the writ petition shall deem to have been not admitted.
