1. Heard learned lawyer for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of co-accused had been turned down in October 2022 and July 2023. Offence if proved, would attract mandatory life imprisonment. Date has been fixed for recording prosecution evidence.

3. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

4. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
