Petitioner is apprehensive of the fact that if he returns to his home, local villages along with anti socials may jeopardize his life and liberty.

Learned advocate for the state has submitted a report.

Records of the case reflect that there are two cases pending against the petitioner being Udaynarayanpur PS Case No.

190/14 and Udaynarayanpur PS Case No. 59/20.

Records reflect that one of the case has been committed to the court of sessions. The jurisdictional sessions court in seisin of the case, would consider if an application is preferred at the behest of the

petitioner, as to whether permission can be granted for the petitioner to enter his residence with necessary police assistance. If such an application is preferred the same be disposed within a period of 4 weeks from the date of filing of the same.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 27125 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
