Re: C.R.M. (NDPS) 1847 of 2023 The interim bail which was initially granted on 28.11.2023 is hereby confirmed in spite of objection raised on behalf of the State.

The terms and conditions imposed in the order dated 28.11.2023 while releasing the petitioner on interim bail will operate till the same are altered by the learned Trial Court.

Accordingly, the application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 1847 of 2023, is disposed of.

Re: C.R.M. (NDPS) 352 of 2022 In view of the order of interim bail being confirmed and the case having been registered on 05.03.2020 and the application for cancellation of bail pending for last three years before this Court, I am not inclined to interfere at this belated stage. Consequently, CRM (NDPS) 352 of 2022 is dismissed.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
