1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was involved in inducing the victims to perform obscene scenes and behind their back these obscene films were uploaded on the internet. Trial is in progress.

3. Under such circumstances we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

5. Trial court is requested to conclude trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within six months from the next date fixed for recording evidence without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
