1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits in July, 2023. Offences, if proved, would attract mandatory life imprisonment. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. The application for bail is, thus, rejected. .
