Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and the defacto complainant submits that there has been a change of circumstances.

Learned advocate for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the victim as well as the medical report of the instant case.

Since there has been change of circumstances I direct the learned Special Court in-charge to prepone the date and record the evidence of the victim.

In case, after recording the evidence of the victim the learned Special Court finds that there may be social ramifications because of further detention of the petitioner, in that case, the learned Special Court/Trial Court would leniently consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, CRM (M) 2471 of 2025 is disposed of. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
