1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he is not pressing the prayer for bail of the petitioner no. 1.

2. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner no. 1 is dismissed as not pressed.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner no. 2.

4. Mr. Bidyut Ray, learned counsel for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner no. 2 and submits that yellow colour lid containing 10,000 pink colour tablets were seized from the possession of the petitioner no. 2.

5. It appears from the seizure list that contraband articles being yellow colour lid containing 10,000 pink colour tablets were seized from the exclusive possession of the petitioner no. 2.

6. After considering the materials in the case diary, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner no. 2 at this stage.

7. The application for bail in respect of petitioner no. 2 is, thus, rejected and the application for bail, being CRM(NDPS) 1851 of 2023 is disposed of.
