Block Land & Land Reforms Officer is present in DL-2 23.06.2023 Court No.5 (AD) Court pursuant to the order dated June 9, 2023. The writ petitioner complains of violation of the order dated September 5, 2018.

The direction contained in such order is as follows: "Since the time framed by the learned Tribunal has already been expired, the respondent No.4 shall dispose of the above representation within a period of four week from date.

The writ application stands disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be given to the parties on priority basis."

Learned Advocate appearing for the alleged

contemnor submits that, his client is willing to comply with the order dated September 5, 2018. He submits that, certain documents are required and were asked for from the petitioner for the purpose of compliance with the order dated September 5, 2018 which the petitioner did not furnish.

Time to comply with the order dated September 5, 2018 is extended for a period of four weeks from date peremptorily.

Rule stands discharged.

Contempt proceeding is dropped.
