The direction contained in such order is as follows: "Since the time framed by the learned Tribunal has already been expired, the respondent No.4 shall dispose of the above representation within a period of four week from date.

contemnor submits that, his client is willing to comply with the order dated September 5, 2018. He submits that, certain documents are required and were asked for from the petitioner for the purpose of compliance with the order dated September 5, 2018 which the petitioner did not furnish.

Time to comply with the order dated September 5, 2018 is extended for a period of four weeks from date peremptorily.

Rule stands discharged.

Contempt proceeding is dropped.
