1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

2. Perused the case diary.

3. It is the prosecution case that a fake legal heir certificate was prepared by forging the signature of the de-facto complainant. Reliance is placed on a letter issued by the concerned Pradhan denying issuance of such certificate. It also appears that the questioned documents have been sent for expert opinion.

4. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, the petitioner is allegedly a beneficiary of the transaction, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
