The petitioner has lodged complaint before the Officer-in-Charge, Bagdah Police Station on 29th June, 2023.

From the documents annexed to the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner was enlarged on bail by the learned A.C.J.M, Bongaon on 11th October, 2023 in GR 3227 of 2023 with condition that the accused will meet the I.O. twice in a week until further order.

The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the S.D.P.O, Bagdah for consideration of the representation filed on 19th October, 2023.

Learned advocate representing the State respondents has obtained instruction and submits that the prayer of the petitioner was duly considered. The fate of the prayer of the petitioner be intimated to the petitioner at once.

As the petitioner submits that he is facing resistance to act in accordance with the condition imposed by the learned court below, it will be open for the petitioner to approach the learned court below for necessary relief.

The relief sought for by the petitioner in the instant writ petition cannot be allowed.

The writ petition being W.P.A.25878 of 2023 is disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
