The petitioners are Assistant Teachers in different primary schools under 24 Parganas (North) District Primary School Council. The petitioners are complaining that due to the refusal of the Council and the concerned Sub-Inspector of Schools to issue the No Objection Certificate and the necessary release order, they are unable to take admission in regular D.El.Ed. training course.

Mr. Debjit Mukherjee, learned advocate for the State submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, such certificate and order have been issued; he files copies of the said documents which are taken on record.

The grievance of the petitioners since has been addressed, no further order need be passed in the writ petition. The petitioners, however, are free to register themselves in the said course in the appropriate colleges. WPA 27159 of 2024 is disposed of with the above observations without any order as to costs.
