1. The petitioner is aggrieved that an order of injunction passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Second Court at Berhampore, Murshidabad in T. S. No. 194 of 2020 is not being complied with by the private respondents/defendants.

2. The petitioner may apply in the court below, inter alia, under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure or Order 39 Rule 2A of the Code of Civil Procedure.

3. The Police shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the locale.

4. The writ petition is disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
