June 12, 2023 AD -40 Ct. 34 SG CRR 4433 of 2022 Prasanna Kumar Dey -versus- The State of West Bengal and another Mr. Kunal Ganguly ... for the petitioner Learned advocate for the petitioner is aggrieved by the factum of the learned sessions court regarding the payment of the arrears which was within 3 months from the date of passing of the order by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 3rd Court, Purulia in Criminal Revision No.11/17. The said order was passed on 3rd August, 2022. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that till date the arrear which has been burdensome for the petitioner could not be liquidated till date. Learned advocate for the petitioner prays for time to clear the arrears and undertakes regularly to pay the maintenance which has been directed.

In view of the arrear so advanced and the undertaking so given by the learned advocate, all the arrears relating to Misc. Case No.225 of 2012 be cleared by 31st December, 2023.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4433 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
