The writ petitioners seem to be aggrieved by an order dated 10th June, 2022 passed in OA 1408 of 2022 by the 4th Bench, West Bengal land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal, wherein the date for moving the Motion has been fixed after nearly a gap of one year. When the writ petition is taken up today, we find that the date so fixed by the Tribunal is in the close proximity of time and, therefore, interference appears to be unwarranted at this stage.

We trust and hope that the Tribunal would take up the matter on the said date so fixed, i.e. 9th June, 2023, and endeavour shall be shown to dispose of the proceeding as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties unless necessitated by unavoidable and unforeseen circumstances.

The writ petition is thus disposed of.
