1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits in April, 2023. Case involves murder which attracts mandatory life imprisonment of the petitioner. There is no change in circumstance since rejection of bail. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. The application for bail is, thus, rejected. .
