Criminal Revisional Jurisdiction CRR 4427 of 2023 Pintu Halder and Ors.

-versus- Smt. Aparna Halder 07-10-2024 S. Das Item no. 60 Ct no.32 None appears on behalf of either of the parties. Today also there has been no representation.

Even on earlier occasions i.e., on 26th June, 2024 and 25th June, 2024 when the revisional application was called, none represented the petitioner and no accommodation has also been sought for on behalf of the petitioner. The case is pending since 2023.

By filing this criminal revisional application, the petitioner sought for quashing of the Proceedings being 217C of 2023 under Sections 323/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code now pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kalyani, Nadia.

Despite the aforesaid facts, I find that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the matter any further. Accordingly, the instant revisional application being 4427 of 2023 is dismissed for default.

All connected applications, if any, stand vacated. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
