1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits in August, 2023. There is no change in circumstance since then. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

4. Trial court is directed to conclude the trial with utmost expedition without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
