Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the said representation has not yet been considered by the Director of Health Services. He prays for an order of consideration of her representation. In view of the innocuous prayer made by the petitioner, I am not inclined to keep this writ petition pending. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Director of Health Services, Government of West Bengal to consider the representation dated September 7, 2022 strictly in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The decision should be communicated to the petitioner within one-week thereafter.

WPA 25886 of 2023 is disposed of.
