In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 Petitioner was granted bail on 15.01.2025 and has been complying with the conditions for more than 14 months. Report submitted by the State reflects that the evidence of the victim girl is in progress.

Having considered the same, I am of the opinion that the conditions imposed while granting bail on 15.01.2025 will be deemed to be waived provided the evidence of the victim girl before the learned trial Court is completed.

With the aforesaid observations CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
