Petitioner submits no narcotics was recovered from his possession. Accordingly, he prays for anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He submits petitioner was involved in dealing in narcotics.

We have considered the materials on record. Though no narcotics was recovered from petitioner, statements of witnesses show he was involved in narcotics trade and money had been transferred to his account. Custodial interrogation in course of further investigation after apprehension of petitioner may reveal further light into his involvement in dealing in narcotics.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
