2. We have considered the materials on record. The victim suffered homicidal death. Electronic evidence shows the presence of the petitioner near the place of occurrence.

3. In view of the incriminating materials and gravity of the alleged offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

4. The prayer for bail is rejected.
