1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits in April, 2023. Petitioner is the husband who had murdered his wife. In view of the aforesaid circumstances we find no reason to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
