Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits they are in-laws of the victim lady. They have been falsely implicated. They pray for anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Victim stated her husband and in-laws including the petitioners forcibly poured hair dye into her mouth. She was hospitalised. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
