The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that cp/ b.das 09.11.2023 Ct. No.08 no narcotic was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner is in custody for 252 days. The learned advocate appearing for the State, however, submits that narcotic substances were found in the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner had fled from the spot at the time of recovery. His application for bail was rejected earlier on merit. We have heard the advocate for the parties and have considered the materials on record. We do not find any change in the circumstances.

Accordingly the prayer for bail for the petitioner is rejected. C.R.M. (NDPS) No. 1861 of 2023 is thus, disposed of. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
