Ms. Tanusri Santra Ms. Jayeeta Sengupta Ms. Tiyasha Chatterjee ...for the petitioner Mr. Swarajit Dey Ms. Rishita Sarkar ...for the respondents The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was called for a hearing on September 16, 2025 by the Chief Executive Officer, West Bengal Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation, but till date, the decision of such hearing has not been communicated to the petitioner. The learned Advocate appearing for the respondent authorities seeks eight weeks time to communicate the decision of the hearing, which took place on September 16, 2025.

In the light of the submission made by the learned Advocate for the respondents, WPA 26758 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the Chief Executive Officer, West Bengal Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation, being the third respondent, to communicate the reasoned order of the hearing that took place on September 16, 2025 in connection with the representation against increase of rent of the premise which the petitioner was occupying at the relevant point of time, to the petitioner on or before February 6, 2026.

Till two weeks after the communication of the reasoned order, the respondent authorities shall not give any effect to any of the earlier demands raised by such authorities. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
