Inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 19.11.2024.

In the 2nd line of 6th paragraph at page 2 of the order dated 19.11.2024 the words 'in the event of arrest, the petitioner viz., Sukumar Ghorui @ Suko Ghorui be released' be read as 'in the event of arrest, the petitioner viz., Nur Selim Sarkar be released'.

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. 4.

Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the order.

Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
