Mr. Mukherjee, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State respondents has placed before us the 'no objection certificate' issued vide memo dated 21st November, 2023. Let the same be kept on record.

In view thereof, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the parties.
