Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report along with the enclosures, wherein, it reflects that the police authorities have locked the room in connection with Rabindranagar P.S. Case

No. 497 of 2024 dated 22.10.2024.

The reasons which have been assigned by the police authorities are reflected in the forwarding report, which has been submitted before the learned ACJM, Alipore.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that they have some video footages in their custody to show which would reflect the intention of the police authorities.

Be that as it may, the learned ACJM, Alipore is in seisin of the matter.

If the petitioner files an application for unlocking the padlock which has been affixed in connection with Rabindranagar P.S. Case No. 497 of 2024 dated 22.10.2024, the learned ACJM, Alipore would dispose of such application within a period of 15 days after hearing necessary

parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 27165 of 2024 is disposed of.

Affidavit of service so filed be kept with the record.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Let a copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
