The petitioner complains that the private respondent is disturbing him and has unauthorizedly demolished a portion of his property. The private respondent is stated to have forged certain documents.

Admittedly, the petitioner and the private respondent are brother and sister. The building in question has been demolished and a new building has come up thereat. 3.

The dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent is purely civil in nature. Appropriate civil proceedings may be taken out by the parties.

New Barrackpore Police shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area. 5.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
