The learned advocate representing alleged contemnor submits that order dated 9th June, 2025 of this Court is complied with.

It is also contended that in terms of the said order dated 9th June, 2025 Commissioner of School Education, West Bengal took decision by issuing memo dated 15th December, 2025 allowing 3% additional increment in favour of the petitioner. 3.

Copy of the memo dated 15th December, 2025 is taken on record.

As order of this Court dated 9th June, 2025 is complied with, contempt application is disposed of and contempt proceeding stands dropped.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
