Kabita Rani, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the instant contempt petition has arisen from an order dated July 2, 2024.

Mr. Syed Nazmul Hossain, learned advocate with Mr. Sujit Chatterjee, learned advocate appears for contemnors.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the direction of this Court under the order stands complied with by passing a reasoned order. However, he submits that, the petitioner is aggrieved with the said impugned order and liberty may be granted to challenge the same in accordance with law. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties and on perusal of the materials on record it appears that, the direction of this Court stands complied with. Hence, there is no requirement to proceed with the contempt application further.

Accordingly, CPAN 1733 of 2024 stands dropped and closed.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law, if the petitioner is aggrieved with the reasoned order passed.

The application being CPAN 1733 of 2024 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs. (Aniruddha Roy, J.)
