The instant application has been filed under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in relation to an application filed under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 by the applicant/wife. The grievance of the petitioner is that in terms of the previous order dated 22nd May, 2023, a direction was given to the learned trial court to expedite the hearing of the matter, but no progress was made.

The learned trial court is expected to expedite the hearing in terms of the order dated 22nd May, 2023 within a period of three months from the date of receiving of this order. The revisional application being CRR 4432 of 2023 is disposed of accordingly.
