Petitioner before us is the husband.

Materials in the case diary suggests that the petitioner was involved in torturing the de facto complainant as also demanding dowry from her.

Considering the complicity of the petitioner in the incident, the gravity of the offence, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 5039 of 2023 is dismissed.
