In Re :- CRAN 1 of 2025 Learned advocate appearing for the appellant submits that the appellant was throughout on bail during the trial and has been convicted by the learned Trial Court. There has been no adverse reports so far as the conduct of the present appellant is concerned, as such she may be released on bail. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

I have taken into account the sentence which is for a fixed period of term. Having considered the same, I am inclined to release the applicant/petitioner on bail. Petitioner, namely, Smt. Gita Das @ Gita Rani Das @ Gita Das shall furnish bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees

Ten Thousand Only) each. One of whom must be local to the satisfaction of Learned ACJM, Contai.

If on bail the appellant, without the permission of the ACJM, Contai should not leave the District of Purba Medinipur.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
