We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioners no. 1 and 3 have been arrested. Hence their prayer for anticipatory bail is dismissed as infructuous. 3.

Petitioner no. 2 is the mother-in-law of the victim. Dying declaration of the deceased implicates her husband who is in custody. Keeping in mind the aforesaid fact and the extent of complicity of petitioner no. 2 in the crime, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to her.

4. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, petitioner no. 2 Bisakha Das shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also Signed By :

subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and on condition that she shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date. 5.
