The petitioners submit that although they are empanelled candidates (though they were not within the 738 candidates who got six marks in 2014 TET and though their names were included in 738 candidates), but they have not got any appointment.

In the writ application I find two representations at pages 97 and 99, made by the two petitioners. I direct the Deputy Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to consider the

representation after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to pass a reasoned order. The hearing is to be taken by four weeks from date and the reasoned order is to be passed by two weeks thereafter and the same is to be communicated to the petitioners separately.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
