This is an application for cancellation of bail in respect of an order dated 30.09.2009 passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, North 24 Parganas arising out of Dum Dum Police Station Case No.290/2009 dated 18.09.2009 under Sections 498A/406/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Records of this revisional application reflect that the accused was granted bail on 30.09.2009.

Mr. Sujan Chatterjee, learned advocate, appears on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

More than 12 years have passed since the bail was granted by the learned Sessions Judge. No report has been received from the concerned Police Station regarding any misuse of the bail being granted by the learned Sessions Judge. As such, no interference is called for at this belated stage.

Accordingly, CRM 16877 of 2009 is dismissed.
