dismissed that the petitioner is innocent of the charges and has been victimised because he was an employee. Learned advocate for the petitioner also submits that Swaroop Dutta was granted bail by the learned Sessions Court and the petitioner happens to be the Manager of the said Swaroop Dutta.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail, draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the witnesses, the materials which have been collected and the number of persons who have been duped because of the manner in which money was swindled on the basis of allurements of the accused persons.

Having regard to the totality of the circumstances and the fact that some of the accused persons are still absconding, I am of the view that at this stage, the prayer for bail of the petitioner cannot be acceded to. Petitioner would renew his prayer for bail after the charges are framed by the concerned jurisdictional court. Learned court in seisin of the case would take steps for exhausting the process of law, split up the trial of the case and proceed towards progress of the trial of the case.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM(M)2483 of 2025 is dismissed at this stage. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
