1. The bank has filed an affidavit disclosing the proposal for settlement. According to the bank the debt of the petitioners shall stand fully and finally settled for an amount of Rs. 14 lakh to be paid as one time settlement within 31st January, 2025.

2. The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners will not be able to pay the aforesaid amount within the time limit as granted.

3. Accordingly, it appears that the proposal of the bank cannot be accepted by the petitioners.

4. As the proceeding arises out of the SARFAESI Act, it will be open for the petitioners to approach the competent forum for remedy.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
