The State of West Bengal & Anr.

Seen the officer report and it is found that in the judgment dated 5th September, 2023 at page 2 in forth line "POCSO Case No. 105 of 20" was written instead of "P.S. Case 105 of 20".

The word "POCSO" is being replaced by word "P.S". Department is directed to make necessary correction.

Other portion of the Judgment dated 5th September, 2023 shall remain unaltered.

Let this order be treated as part of the Judgment dated 5th September, 2023.
