Petitioner claims that the title deed has been forged by the private respondents and to that effect, in spite of informing the Nabagram Police Station, no steps were taken.

On the other hand, learned advocate for the State has submitted a report and contended that repeatedly the police authorities requested the petitioner to approach the police station with necessary documents but till date the documents have not been handed over to the police authorities. Further, the police authorities on enquiry found that over the property cultivation is being done by his relations.

Petitioner has also approached the concerned BL & LRO.

Be that as it may, if there are documents in custody of the petitioner which reflect that the title

deed of the property concerned has been forged and has been misused, petitioner would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate with necessary prayers. Learned Magistrate would assess the genuinity of the allegations and on ascertainment of the same pass necessary directions as he deems fit and proper. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 27271 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
