Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. Petitioner approached this Court praying for registration of FIR in respect of the information which was furnished with the police authorities. State has submitted a report after conducting an enquiry. The police report categorically reflects that petitioner was requested by the police authorities to share information in respect of the accusations so made. However, the petitioner refused to attend the police station which was registered as GDE No. 441 dated 06.11.2024.

Since the police authorities till date did not take any steps, as is reflected from the report, petitioner be well advised to approach the jurisdictional court with necessary prayers. Learned court will assess and ascertain regarding the genuinity of the allegations and thereafter pass orders as it deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 27233 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
