Mr. Ahammed, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the writ petition suffers from some formal defects, he prays leave to withdraw it with liberty to file afresh.

As prayed for, WPA 27225 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn without any order as to costs.

This order, however, will not prevent the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the selfsame cause of action for the similar relief.
