The petitioner's application seeking transfer made offline in the prescribed format is pending consideration at the end of the school authority. The petitioner has averred in the writ petition that he is the teacher of the subject 'Economics' and there is no student in the said subject. The petitioner is being paid salary without teaching any student in the school and without doing any work.

The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the head of the institution to consider the transfer application keeping in mind the above position and if the prayer of the petitioner is allowed then take necessary steps to forward the application of the petitioner to the concerned District Inspector of Schools

in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The school will act on the basis of the hard copy of the documents forwarded by the petitioner offline.

The District Inspector of Schools shall take necessary consequential steps in the matter at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of all documents from the school.

The fate of the petitioner's application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

7.

Suspension of the Utsashree portal will not stand in the way of the authorities from taking steps in terms of the order passed hereinabove.

8.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

9.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

10.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
