This is a joint petition for compromise arrived between the defacto-complainant as well ass petitioners. Accordingly prayed for passing appropriate order for quashing the matter in view of such settlement.

Opposite party no.2 is represented before this Court. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that opposite party no.2 is the defacto-complainant and other parties mentioned in this revisional application where named in the loan agreement. They were not named in the written complaint. In view of such joint prayer made before this Court, it is apparent that the parties have arrived at a settlement and accordingly this Court is of the view it would serve the purpose if the matter be relegated before the learned Magistrate for passing appropriate order in accordance with

law. Considering the joint compromise entered into between the parties 3.

It is further directed learned Magistrate must make all endeavour to dispose of the proceeding in accordance with law at an earliest preferably within a period of one month from date. 4.

Parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order. 5.

Let a copy of this order along with copy of petition be also forwarded to the learned Magistrate forthwith. 6.

Accordingly, in view of above revisional application and all other applications are also disposed of.
