Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

Pursuant to our earlier direction, Investigating Officer is present in Court today. His presence is noted and dispensed with.

Further report with regard to cause of death is placed on record. Report shows that the victim died due to throttling which is homicidal in nature.

We have considered the materials on record. In view of the aforesaid incriminating fact and other evidence on record, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected.
