The petitioner's application seeking transfer made offline in the prescribed format is pending consideration before the Sub-Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Gopiballavpur East Circle, Jhargram.

The petitioner has annexed documents to show that the school has zero enrolment since 2023. There is no student in the school and the petitioner is the only teacher. The school is practically nonfunctional. The petitioner prays for transfer. 4.

The aforesaid respondent is directed to consider the application for transfer made by the petitioner strictly in accordance with the prevailing

transfer Rules keeping in mind that the petitioner is receiving salary on regular basis without rendering any service as there is no student in the school. 5.

If the prayer of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the authority at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from date.

The fate of the petitioner's application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

Suspension of the Utsashree Portal will not stand in the way of the authorities from taking steps in terms of the order passed hereinabove.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

9.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
