Mr. Arijit Bardhan Mr. Saibal Kumar Dasgupta ...for the petitoners This revisional application has been filed by the plaintiffs-petitioners under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 3rd November, 2022 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Raghunathpur, Purulia, in Title Suit No.41 of 2012.

Mr. Arijit Bardhan, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that there is mistake in the schedule of the amendment application filed before the learned Trial Court to the extent that name of the executant of the deed has wrongly been mentioned as Matlab Bauri instead of Sahadeb Bauri. For such reasons, the petitioners intend to withdraw the present revisional application. He submits that liberty be given to the petitioners for filing application for amendment of the plaint afresh with correct schedule before the learned Trial Court.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, this revisional application stands dismissed as

withdrawn. Liberty is given to the petitioner to file amendment application with correct schedule before the learned Trial Court.

All connected application, if any, stands disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of necessary legal formalities.
